An electronic portfolio system that stores information related to education, work experience, training, and skill development in an electronic format. 


Type 1
For Individuals
Users can store their education and training records, work experience, and other achievements in an electronic format. The system also helps create resumes automatically which could be used to promote employment opportunities through a job-matching system with various organizations. Users can choose which information to display.


Type 2
For Organizations/Businesses
Organizational users must register and receive approval from the system administrator. In this section, organizations can view detailed information about their personnel, which can be used for human resource development. Additionally, they can create Individual Development Plans (IDP) to align skill development of individuals with the organization’s needs and goals and identify suitable candidates for specific roles.

Learning and career Guidance
The Learning and Career Guidance System serves as a career counseling mechanism and provides suggestions on relevant training courses for their desired professions. The system provides advice based on individuals’ interests, aptitudes, and potential. Key features include identifying personal strengths and relevant learning opportunities, offering information of specific professions, showing career paths, and promoting employment opportunities.

Electronic Lifelong Learning Vouchers

The system provides subsidies for individuals seeking to upskill, reskill, or acquire new skills, as well as for those obtaining a Certificate of Competency or a Professional Qualification certificate. It utilizes digital technology for payment, verification, and tracking of results.
