In key sectors of the economy, in collaboration with all stakeholders, and promote the use of Occupational Standards to enhance the country's workforce development.

in accordance with Occupational Standards through innovation.
3. To develop Recognition of Existing Skills and Knowledge System
In order to develop a system for validating competencies gained from work experience which will lead to Professional Qualifications and educational qualifications, aiming to create a lifelong learning society.
4. To develop assessment centers and training providers
in line with international practices
5. To serve as a Centralized Database System and information hub
Of Occupational Standards and Professional Qualifications, aiming at the development of the country's workforce across all age groups.

For the management of workforce data and the development of competencies through lifelong learning in Thailand.

With training and education institutions, private and public agencies at home and abroad in order to promote the professional qualifications system
Objectives

3To support lifelong learning by promoting transferring between professional qualifications and education qualifications and vice versa.
4To support assessment centers and training providers to follow international standards in order to enhance trust and access to service across country.
5To improve information technology in order to provide integrated, up to date, and stable data as well as to offer easily accessible accurate digital information on workforce management and systematic competency development mechanisms.

- Develop mechanisms to drive the alignment between the Professional Qualifications system and the Educational Qualifications system, ensuring practical and tangible transferability in both directions.
- Advocate for the use of Occupational Standards in the development of competency-based curricula, learning programs, and training courses so that learning outcomes could be accumulated in a Competency Credit Bank system.
