Thailand’s electrical and electronics sector have great opportunities for growth due to the increasing  demands for high-tech electronics which is in line with  Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development which the government focuses on new industries of the future. or Industry 4.0EEC will attract investment for the development of electronics innovations, particularly for those with high competitive advantages such as refrigeration and air-conditioning sector, white goods, etc.  Therefore, we need to focus on developing knowledge and skills needed for 21st century for different stages of life, developing relevant technical and life skills, building the fundamentals for developing additional skills, and preparing them for labor market entrance.  The occupational standards and professional qualifications will also support TVET, dual system, or cooperative education programs and help prepare learners to be ready for the labor market.
