Be an institution which focuses on the integration of cooperation between the private and public sectors in the development of quality occupational standards and professional qualifications and a trusted body for the dissemination of information on professional qualifications system and occupational standards and certification of a person’s knowledge, skills, and expertise which is acceptable and can compete internationally.

Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) is a public organization that has received ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification from Bureau Veritas Certification Thailand Co., Ltd., which is considered an international standard that organizations around the world aspire to as a tool to increase the efficiency of the provision of services to organizations or other relevant parties. In addition to increasing the efficiency of the TPQI, it also builds trust and confidence to customers.

ISO 9001 is an international quality management system standard that can be applied to all organizations, whether in the industry or service sectors, both public and private, which strive for the development of management system which focuses on quality excellence and organizational efficiency to gain customer trust and confidence and respond to the requirements and expectations of customersin all sectors consistently and continuously.

Therefore, TPQI focus on the implementation of the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015, which aim to build the organization's quality management system to be able to respond to the changes that occur from both internal and external factors (context of the organization). which impacts operations by considering the needs and expectations of the organization's stakeholders (needs and expectations of interested parties) in order to identify opportunities and risks of the organization, leading to the development of clear internal working standards to control quality according to standards and optimize the performance of various work processes in accordance with the purpose. and the strategic direction of the organization
